Welcome to the Professionals’ Centre of the Good Pet Behaviour website!

These pages are for veterinarians, trainers and lawyers, to provide information about what Good Pet Behaviour has to offer and how we can help you, as well as some specific information for veterinarians.

Veterinarians

Vets, once registered with the site, can login to access — privately and securely — a variety of information.For private and secure access to the case records of each of the clients and patients that they have referred, Good Pet Behaviour is using Dropbox, a simple, easy-to-use, internet file-sharing system. Through Dropbox, the animal’s history, diagnosis and management plan – continully updated – will all be available for perusal.In addition there is general information such as lists of Medications and Dose Rates, Supplements for Cognitive Dysfunction and a list of all the Handouts that are available for purchase from Good Pet Behaviour.

For easy referral of clients, begin by clicking on Referral. Once an appointment is scheduled the client will be given access to the preliminary History Form which can be filled in on-line (please note that this facility is currently under development), and the veterinarian will be invited to share the files via Dropbox.

Trainers

Trainers are a valued and important part of the spectrum of professionals involved with animal behaviour. Their input may be on the referral side — Good Pet Behaviour welcomes referrals from trainers — and also they can also play an important role in implementing the treatment and management plans devised by Good Pet Behaviour, helping owners put new strategies into practice. Lawyers

Members of the legal fraternity needing information concerning animal behaviour—expert assessment of Dangerous Dogs, for example, or Expert Witness appearances—will find this information here, by clicking on Lawyers. (Please note that this section of the website is under development)
